Landrie's Nursery

Welcome to Landrie's room!!

Tom and I have spent months preparing for our little angel to arrive... 9 to be exact. Little Landrie Mae is the apple of our eye and before she made her debut, many hours were spent creating her space. Literally creating. Of course there were a few things that we had to have and purchased. Tom, my mom and I did a lot of the work. Tom cut down the tree, refinished the dresser, made and installed the shelves, built the frame for the butterfly poster and spray painted all the other frames white. Mom did a lot of sewing for us. She made the crib skirt and the curtains and valances. I made the bird mobile, bird on the crib, sewed the white flowers for the outside of the crib, made the wreath, painted the cross, burned the heart into the tree, made the elephant picture/collage... you get the point. We love her nursery so much because we did the majority of the work ourselves... and we are finallyyy ready to unveil it! We just hung the curtains yesterday... so go ahead and take a peak! I have to say.... I LOVE IT!!!

Landrie loves it too and that's what matters most!
